• Performance & Entertainment for Seniors

Maryann started her journey as a musician at the age of sixteen when she joined her high school choir.  After graduating, she began vocal lessons in classical training and spent the next three years singing with Prima Youth Choir, competing in the Vancouver Island Music Festival, and singing with Pacific Opera Victoria.  During her college years, Maryann learned to play the guitar and explored folk music and cover songs through coffee houses and jamming with other musicians.

Maryann has provided music for weddings, funerals and conferences, including the Victoria Hospice Spiritual Care Conference in 2009.  In 2005, Maryann sang in the presence of former Prime Minister Jean Chretien when she provided the music at the memorial service of Senator Philippe Gigantes on Parliament Hill in Ottawa.

Maryann’s repertoire includes a wide variety of genres, from old hymns such as “Abide With Me” and “Amazing Grace” to modern songs by Sarah McLachlan and The Dixie Chicks.  Maryann is willing and able to learn new songs for your event.  Please contact for availability and rates.
